Anything Knitted and Crocheted

Welcome to my blog. I hope to blog about my knitting and crocheting as well as everyday life. The patterns that I post are original and as such there is copyright on them. When they are based on another pattern there is a link to the pattern.

My husband and I adopted a beautiful dog named Leo. He is a dachshund and absolutely adorable! we adopted him on June 23, 2010 and he has become the love of our lives.

I love to share patterns that I find along the way or to talk about some of the neatest designers that are out there today, so I love to post links to the designs or the designers.

So grab a cup a and sit and enjoy the blog.

Well I came across this really cute crocheted toy on Ravelry...

It is called Crochet Pattern-Loop Baby Toy. It is really very simple. I am thinking of designing this in a knit pattern. So people have the option to knit it or crochet it.  Love the design, very simple really.

There are already 74 projects on Ravelry, before I even add mine. Wow!

Knitthacker has this on there website...

Custom Crocheted Raptor Skeleton

Description

Featured is a 100% acrylic custom crocheted raptor-esque dinosaur skeleton measuring about 4' tall x 6ish' long. The image is only an example of the finished product. The buyer can specify what sort of dinosaur skeleton they want and I will crochet it for them in whatever color they request. The pricing on this item is for a skeleton of this basic size. If a larger size is desired, it would be better to contact me so we can set up a special order as the larger size would necessitate a higher price. Also, I am continually trying to improve the internal structure of my pieces, but as it stands a piece this size requires external means of support. The piece pictured is attached to the ceiling in three places via monofilament. Keep this in mind before ordering.

Cost: $500, more if want one bigger than this one.

Check out knittingneedle's including a very cute "adult" pillow.
